The Bollinger County Clerk met with students who were interested in learning more about voter registration. Eligible students were also given the opportunity to register to vote. They learned that although you have to be 18 years old to vote, you can register to vote at the age of 17 1/2 years old. They also learned that today is the last day to register in order to vote in the November 5 presidential election. #rootEdMissouri

Please welcome the new members of the WMS Honor Guard. This team of student leaders will be charged with raising, lowering, and folding the United States school flag. This is an honored tradition in WMS typically tasked to 8th grade leaders. This year, the Honor Guard crew was expanded to include other grade levels in middle school. The new inductees were trained by previous members. The Honor Guard reviewed flag etiquette and expectations to show respect for our country, community, and school.

The Woodland School District is diligently preparing for the launch of the Parent Portal. While we have made significant progress in updating household information, several essential checks are still needed to ensure the accuracy and correctness of the data. Our team is verifying household information and ensuring that parents are correctly listed as recipients of our digital communications. This review process is crucial for maintaining the safety and security of all student information before we proceed with the launch. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through these final steps. We will notify you as soon as the Parent Portal is ready for use. Thank you for your continued support.
