In recognition of FFA Week, Woodland High School students will be driving their tractors and side-by-sides to school on Friday, February 28, 2025. Students have been asked to put safety first and drive slowly, so please be patient with them. Thank you!
Jr Beta - WMS Spring Fling Dance 2025
Woodland School District will be open on Monday, February 24th.. Buses will run where possible (similar to January 16th routes mainly on blacktop) and students are advised to be very careful in the morning when driving to school. After school club will reopen and Preschool services will be on normal extended care hours starting tomorrow. We look forward to seeing the students tomorrow morning!

The Woodland R-4 School District will be closed on Friday, February 21st.
After earning first place at Woodland's annual Poetry Out Loud recitation competition, Ben Gabriel competed at the district level in Cape Girardeau this past Saturday with speech coach Mrs. Stegeman. Ben memorized and developed his own interpretations of three different poems from the POL anthology. Congratulations, Ben, for a job well done!
HSBB vs Chaffee at home tonight has been canceled. If a make-up date can be reached we will post.

Do you reside in the Woodland R-IV School District? Do you have a child that will turn 5 years old by July 31, 2025? If you answered yes to both of these questions, you are encouraged to schedule your child for kindergarten screening on March 26-28, 2025. Appointments can be made after 8:00am on February 24, 2025 by calling 573-238-2656 option 5.
