Picture of Addie Johnson

Addie Elizabeth Johnson was born on May 13th, 2004. She is the daughter of Packy and Emily Johnson. She has one sibling, Annie Johnson. Addie is involved in Beta, FCCLA, FFA, Pep Club, and Yearbook. She is also a part of the Woodland High School Volleyball and Basketball teams. Her favorite teachers are Mrs. J and Mr. Layton. Pink is her favorite color, and her favorite food is sushi.

When Addie was younger, she wanted to be a farmer, she now plans to attend SEMO to pursue a degree in either dermatology or secondary education. Her favorite High School memory is winning a basketball district championship for the first time in school history. She says that her most embarrassing high school memory is “my junior year when shooting a half-court shot with a minute and forty seconds left on the clock because I thought Lauren wanted me to shoot it.” The thing she will miss most about high school is the relationships she has with all her friends and teachers.

When asked her thoughts about graduating, Addie says “I wish I had a little bit more time with my friends; I’m not ready to graduate yet.” Her advice to underclassmen is “Appreciate your time in high school and never wish to graduate because before you know it you’ll be walking across the stage and wishing you had more time.” Her biggest accomplishment is making the all-state volleyball team three years in a row. The person who has had the greatest influence on her life is her mom. “She made me want to be the best that I could be at sports and also do my best on my assignments and schoolwork.”

Addie would like to give her shoutout to her parents, Annie, Cecil, Mr. Layton, Pop and Grandma Linda.
