Dallas

Dallas Cole Otto was born on March 16, 2008, to William Otto and Misti Johnson. He has five siblings: Christian, Aric, Brianna, Samantha, and Augustus. Throughout high school, Dallas has been involved in FFA. His favorite teacher is Mrs. Balzer because, as he says, “she has always pushed me to do my best, even when I didn’t want to.” If Dallas could describe himself in three words, he would choose caring, goofy, and last-minute. His favorite high school memory is riding the CTC bus during his Junior year. His most embarrassing moment happened at CTC when he hit his head and had to have it wrapped like a mummy. If he could travel anywhere, Dallas would choose Montana because he wants to see the mountains.

When he was younger, Dallas dreamed of becoming a racecar driver. Now, he plans to attend Ranken Technical College to study diesel technology. His advice to underclassmen is, “Enjoy it while it lasts—high school goes by quicker than you think.” Dallas says he is excited to graduate but knows he will miss the friends he has made along the way. The person who has influenced him the most is Mrs. Balzer because “she’s always made sure I’ve had a plan for what I’m going to do in life.” Dallas considers graduating from high school to be his biggest accomplishment so far.

Shoutouts: Dad, Mom, London, and all my friends.
