Riley

Riley Edward Dockins was born on December 6, 2007, to Kelsey and Andrew Dockins. He has two siblings, Willow and Aubrey. Riley’s favorite teacher is Mrs. Balzer, because she’s hilarious and doesn’t take everything seriously. A quote that has stuck with him this year comes from Mr. Layton: “Rule Number 1: Don’t be that guy.” Three words Riley would use to describe himself are tired, excited, and busy. If he could travel anywhere, Riley would go somewhere in Europe to experience all the different foods and cultures packed into such a small area. His favorite high school memory is hanging out with his friends every day.

As a kid, Riley dreamed of becoming a chef. After high school, he plans to enter the workforce first to figure out what he wants to do, and then most likely attend college. His advice to underclassmen is that high school will either stink or be pretty good. When asked how he feels about graduating, Riley says: “Finally, it's taken forever.” The thing he will not miss about high school is having to do all the work. The people who have had the greatest influence on him are Mrs. Balzer and Mrs. Stegeman, and his biggest accomplishment so far is moving out before high school ends.
