Herizon Chambers was born on May 30th, 2007, to parents Ashley and Mike Chambers. She has three siblings: Liberty, Ethan, and Haidin Chambers. She is a member of the Art Club. Herizon states her favorite teacher is Mrs. Balzer because “she is always there for all of her kids, is hilarious, always has our backs, and still wears the earrings I made her in 7th grade.” Her favorite staff quote: “You can do anything you put your mind to.” Three words to describe Herizon are kind, patient, and resilient. If she could travel anywhere in the world, she would choose the Bahamas because she believes it would be magical to make memories with her friends and family there. Herizon’s favorite school memory is when they all rode in a truck to the woods, hung out, and ate together during Mrs. Kinder's class. Her most embarrassing school memory was choking on her food and spitting it at someone.
When Herizon was a child, she wanted to be a teacher, but she now plans to be a therapist, allowing her to help others. Herizon's advice to underclassmen: “Just get your stuff done and worry about yourself and have fun later!” She feels good about graduating, but she will miss some people and teachers from school who helped her get to where she is today. Horizon feels her greatest influence is her mom because “she has helped me through my ups and downs and helped me get past them.” She believes her biggest accomplishment will be graduating from high school despite all the drama and having to wake up early every morning.
