What is Developmental Screening?
Screening is the process of measuring a child's development in the areas of:
Speech and Language
Motor Skills
Concepts
Hearing
Vision
Why should I have my child screened?
Children grow and change rapidly through the early years. A screening each year before kindergarten helps parents know if their child is developing within the normal range for their age and can help the family know "what is coming next."
This free service is available to Woodland R-IV school district families!
